Lindsay has an extensive background in business management, account management and human resource development, which she acquired through her employment with both the Coeur d’Alene and Wallace School Districts. In her role with the School Districts, she oversaw the financials for over 100 public school employees, balanced their budgets, maintained detailed records while managing their complex benefit plans. Lindsay transitioned her business management and relationship skills into positions, as a marketing and administrative manager for Cascadia HealthCare and Good Samaritan Society. Lindsay recognized early on the significant need for a more compassionate understanding and approach to Senior Care Living and placement. This new perspective influenced Lindsay to provide a thoughtful approach while serving the needs of the families and their elderly parents. Prior to joining our team, Lindsay worked in the banking industry in a customer-service capacity. Lindsay was born and raised in the beautiful Silver Valley where she still resides today with her new husband Todd and blended family including their three children Parker, Abby, and Dani and their two dogs Finny and Sophie. In her free time, Lindsay stays busy nurturing and supporting her children’s many activities in school and sports. As a family they enjoy spending the weekends at their cabin where they hike, fish, play volleyball and spend time together around the bonfire.
